After looking this up, I actually picked up some Apple Cider Vinegar and believe it or not I think it works. I seem to be doing it less, much less, throughout the day.
I've haven't been drinking it regularly yet, like once in morning and once in evening, but I'll stick with it cause I think it's working.
Thanks for the info.
Yep, worked well for my sister who used to take drugs for the issue (doctors want to sell drugs, not cure stuff).
After a while it seems to have helped her system "reprogram" and she rarely needs to take anything anymore.
To be clear, I'm not claiming this as any kind of cure. Just one of the few home remedies that's fairly safe to try.
If you are going to drink vinegar for any length of time, definitely make sure you take care of your teeth.
It can also irritate soft tissue, so that's why I suggest taking it just after starting a meal and washing it down with the rest.
I'd say limit how long you take it at first (like a week), maybe check in with a dentist if you want to continue (just to be safe).
If the vinegar seems to help (and your system never corrects itself) you could discuss this with a doctor or whoever.
There may be another way to safely readjust your system for proper natural digestion without drugs (or vinegar) for life.
