Not finding a single decent project dart/valiant/duster/demon anywhere in the state. Found plenty of stuff more interesting i guess like a number matching 383 70 cuda convertible that made me about lose it. One of 132 built and a real bargain at $72k. Not exactly in the budget of $1,500-$2,000 for a starter i had in mind. Found tons last week but all of them went poof!

May be going to Illinois this summer, maybe i can score something to drive back? Still bugging me how dry it is right now.

Cash works for that. A couple months ago I wrote my first check in literally decades. Boss gave me a blank check to pay for tires. Took me couple seconds to remember how to do it. Checks are the worst things ever. It's getting paid without actually getting paid. You get a worthless piece of paper that may or may not be worth what's scrawled on the front.
No. The only thing more inconvenient than making a payment for several hundred dollars by check would be having to carry exact change to make such payment.

My power nap was cut short when a gust of wind shook my car a little while parked on the top level of a parking garage in the sun during my lunch break.

Several hundred dollars is my standard load out for my wallet.

Speaking of which... My fwp for today is I got a bunch of money from the bank. One of the hundreds is from 1985. Old school bill. I'm gonna end up going to a store, and the clerk that's five years younger than that bill is gonna look at me like I have three heads :^/

Lost my chance at booking a cabin today to go camping this summer, I did not figure the competition to get in was so high, the bookings started at 7am this morning and there is no way I wanted to get up that early on a day I'm off so I chanced it. Ended up missing out and it got booked by someone else. I have to wait till tomorrow to try to book the rest of the week since it only lets you book 3 days at a time, so I guess I'll have no choice but to get up early tomorrow and try to get in before.

This is why I need to buy land so I can just build my own cabin. :p

I ordered a phone from Samsung's site, and they cancelled my order 1/2 hour later stating "they couldn't verify my payment information". I knew the charge went through because I get an immediate email from Chase when I charge something over $25. The phone then was then listed as out of stock on their site, so I figured that was the real reason.

After being a little irked about it for a few days, and considering getting a Pixel 4XL or OnePlus instead. I decided to give Samsung one more shot (same card, same info as before), and it went through just like it did the first time, but this time they didn't cancel the order. On a positive note, I saw that Rakuten had 10% cash back on the phone, so I took advantage of that for the 2nd order. Since I get 10% back, and I don't know how much Rakuten keeps on their end, but all I know is Samsung lost some of their profit by not keeping better in-stock inventory on their site. :p
I gotta say, this will be the first and last time buying a phone directly from Samsung.

The phone was scheduled to come today, and I received an email from FedEx around 2 PM saying the item couldn't be delivered because "nobody was home, and signature required". I called FedEx letting them know I was home all day, so they must have attempted to deliver it to the wrong address.

FedEx looked in their notes, and said that Samsung had recalled the package, and that's why it wasn't delivered. They told me I had to contact Samsung about it. So I called them, and they were absolutely clueless. I know most of us don't expect much from any customer service department, but Samsung's was particularly bad. So she looked in her notes and said "The package needs a signature". She kept reading off of cue card, and she kept telling me I could drive to Fedex's storage facility for my region to pick it, but after a while she finally understood what I was telling her that FedEx told me the package was recalled by Samsung. She put me on hold forever to talk to FedEx/ her supervisors, and when she came back, she told me I could drive to their location once again to pick up. Otherwise, she said they will deliver it tomorrow between 8 AM - 8 PM.

I still have zero idea why Samsung recalled the package (I asked, but they acted like they had no idea). I'll give them one more chance to deliver it tomorrow, but if something else gets screwed up, I'm going to go with a Google Pixel, One Plus, or something from Amazon or BH Photo.

My city is horrible for theft too. Within a week of owning my truck the starter motor got stolen. People get stuff stolen on a nightly basis now, it's nuts. They also shoplift daily, and there is nothing the owners or workers can do about it. Dollarama is a huge target. They really need to change the laws it's ridiculous.

You may actually need more digestive fluids.
If food isn't thoroughly dissolved it will ferment/gas up.
The gas can also carry frothy acid up and cause heartburn.
That's right, low stomach acid can and does cause heartburn.
In that case, taking meds to reduce acid creates a recurring problem.

One thing you could try is taking a shot of vinegar after a few bites of a meal.
Careful though, if not cleansed or diluted with food it can dissolve tooth enamel over time.
You should be able to notice after just a few meals if the vinegar is having any positive effect.
After looking this up, I actually picked up some Apple Cider Vinegar and believe it or not I think it works. I seem to be doing it less, much less, throughout the day.

I've haven't been drinking it regularly yet, like once in morning and once in evening, but I'll stick with it cause I think it's working.

Thanks for the info.
