Like with full classes and everything? That's retarded then. When they cancel buses here the classes are cancelled. At least till high school. In college the classes always run but it's RARE that the city buses get cancelled.

School being cancelled is different than buses being cancelled.

I just went to take out the garbage and some worthless piece of shit dumped like 20 tires behind my house. None of the neighbors saw anything. I'm gonna call the city monday and see if they can take care of it.

The host of a radio show I like finally said the name of his theme song, but I can't find it. It's Glen Gray and the Casa Loma Orchestra - Was I To Blame For Falling In Love With You. I found a song of that title, but it's a foxtrot. I'm wondering if the guy's confused. He's pretty old, but he knows his music. Maybe it's some kind of live variation :^/

Yea, I might do that. Maybe write him a letter. I read somewhere he prefers analog letters, and tries to respond. In a day or two, I'll also try listening to my Glen Gray collection, and see if anything jumps out. They were active from 1927-1963, with a 10 year break from 1947-1957. I'm thinking the tune I heard was made between 1940 and 1945 judging by the sound.

Is what you're looking for a Jazz/Big Band sound? Vocal or instrumental?
Here's 4 versions from different bands

Do you think the radio host got the band right or the song title right? Both/neither?

He doesn't play the whole tune, but I think it's instrumental. It's closest to Richard Himber Orchestra version from your link, but honestly, it doesn't sound like the same tune. None of them do. Jazz can mix stuff up, but the big band era and under generally played things pretty straight. Easy to identify songs. The one on the radio show is a slow kinda melancholy big band sound. Maybe like Glen Miller meets Count Basie.

Obviously you don't have kids in daycare.
Cash works for that. A couple months ago I wrote my first check in literally decades. Boss gave me a blank check to pay for tires. Took me couple seconds to remember how to do it. Checks are the worst things ever. It's getting paid without actually getting paid. You get a worthless piece of paper that may or may not be worth what's scrawled on the front.

for added bonus you click on the rrror code hyperlink and it finds nothing on epic support site...

I have to go dig myself out of the driveway while sick, totally don't feel like it but it's the last chance I get before it warms up, which will make it even more miserable to do as the snow will get heavier.

Mr. Plow came & did it for me.
I was going to text him not to bother after i started up my car if there wasn't much snow. Holy frack, i stepped outside & we got at least 8"-10" last night. He showed up as i was putting on my shoes.

I have a snow blower so that helps a lot, but still have to shovel in some of the more akward areas and still had to brush down the truck and shovel out the bed. This is where having a carport would be super awesome. If I build a house I'm building a huge carport so I can park under it and also keep a plow truck under it. It would be ready to go every time.

As for my nasty cold my throat is feeling better now, so that's good. Now it's mostly just the nose and overall feeling still like crap, but the throat being better means I'm overall like 80% better. I never realized how horrid a sore throat can be, I'll take all the other crap before that. I seem to get this thing every year and it's more aggressive each time.

After owning Breath of the Wild for 2 years I finally started it.
Was unpleasantly reminded I dont like 3D Zelda.
I like 2D Zelda.
And I hate gamepads unless I'm platforming from the side.

Went to one store this morning, Self Checkout was closed so I had to stand in line. Then I went to another store, and their Self Checkout was broken so I had to stand in line there.

Been waking up around 3a.m. for the past two nights with pretty bad stomach pain, but I could fall back asleep.

Last night, I felt nauseous before dinner, but I made it anyways and felt alright right before I started to eat. This morning I had little appetite but ate a bowl of cereal, and the nausea came back after I finished. Eating lunch right now and it's not as bad. I almost felt like I was going to throw up about an hour ago.

I have a physical tomorrow so I'll ask my doctor what he thinks.

BTW, I'm giving Mayne all my stuff.
