Ever notice how it's cheaper to ship something from China than it is to ship something from within the continental US? wtf...

Bladders yo! Isn't LNG housed in bladders anyway? I'm pretty sure the energy destiny is pretty good for a hybrid engine. I'll ask the CEO of Honda to think of it. If I can dream it, it can be made!

Yep pisses me off. it has to do with trade agreements. Basically it does not cost anything to ship from China, so they can pass on the savings to us... I mean it's great as a consumer, but why can't it be easier to buy locally or at least from the states?

Nuclear would make sense for container and cruise ships but people are too scared. "zomg nuclear! Everyone will have extra eyes!" That would be kind of cool actually. :p

I had a project in World history to design a train. I can't remember what the hell it was for, but I designed a nuclear powered train. Teach. pointed out to me right away the dangers and security needed. LOL

The sad part is that oil is just as, if more dangerous than nuclear not to mention has way more disasters, mostly due to less strict safety regulations. It comes to show that political agendas actually do trump safety. People bring up stuff like Chernobyl and Fukushima and other "decade" events and forget the Gulf spill, countless train spills, pipe line spills and other disasters that happen every year.

I think you have a good point there. My dad told me recently that the Exxon/Valdeze spill back in circa '89 is still washing up shore or some damn thing. It has caused a major ecological problem.

This was the spill in Alaska. MILLIONS were spent cleaning that shit up! Just think of that recent spill in the gulf. In my North Dakota accent, Uff da!

Need to build a wall out of cheese and if people want out they need to grate their way through it. Make America Grate Again!

I like the wall idea and it's one I had for the better part of ten years and often argued about on forums all across the Internet. But I would combine that with technology and more personal and bring in E-verify. That all combined could do a great positive in controlling the sanctity of our borders. There is a right way into this great country and a wrong way.

TBH when I was younger I always just assumed there already was a wall. I always pictured it as something like you see in Bible movies, the same kind of walls that would have surrounded cities like Jerusalem, except with armored guys with machine guns paroling it. Then I saw a picture of a tin metal wall where half of it is falling over and was like "really? That's it?". America's problem with illegal immigrants is the fact that they even allow them to have jobs. Never mind trying to stop them from getting in, just don't let them buy houses, or get jobs etc... the only reason they're coming over is because they can get a job and house etc. Make them go through the proper process to get their legal papers before they can get a job. The whole thing is kinda ironic though given all the jobs are going to Mexico. I'm surprised there arn't more Americans illegally immigrating to Mexico to find work. :p

I received a tea party for Trump political robocall today even though I must have blocked 50 numbers already. They just keep on changing them and calling back. Today they were warning me about the scary immigrants were going to shoot me or my kids in the face. Is there no shame amongst the Republitards?

I gamed with a guy who lives in Scotland and told me over there the Polish were a big problem and get all the benefits and crap like Mexicans here in the U.S.

Yeah, this is why I mentioned E-verify. It's pretty much common sense.

1) Nomorobo if compatible and/or phone has multi-ring functionality. Ooma & Comcast are compatible.

2) Depends on the asinine group or PAC, etc. I see a left-wing group tell me Trump is like some heathen or something.

One of the nursing books I ordered hasn't shipped; the one from the zero feedback Amazon seller... I ordered from them intentionally to give them a chance to get good feedback. The other items they had were a couple other nursing books, so I figured I could help out a former student by taking a chance on them. They failed. Now I have to dick around with them and see if they ever intend on sending the fucking book. Simple bitch probably flunked out of nursing school cause she couldn't do what was expected of her :^S

Woke up at 5AM again, like yesterday. That's an hour early. I've already read through my morning routine of news/websites. WTH am I going to do now?

It could be worse, I guess. I woke up at 4AM on Wednesday.
