I cut it down to 1.5' to use one handed. I thought about having a handle custom made to keep the deer foot, but I'm not sure that would work. I drive a lot of nails, and I think the curve would put my knuckles too close to the ground. Reverse the curve, and it would throw out the head alignment.
I would have just effed it up and wondered what the problem was.

Went to the grocery store to get 50% off Halloween candy but they tell me they're waiting until Thursday to do it this year. Bastards.

So, you have one tool for every task?
I have the appropriate tool for every task. Or more accurately, I have the closest approximation to the appropriate tool since I have to carry everything I use long distances. If I can cover multiple functiins with one tool, all the better.

Who am I to say what works for you?

My GP has been riding my ass...har, har...to get a colonoscopy since I'm over the magic AARP #. Been putting him off for reasons. Finally call today and the secretary takes my name and # because she's too busy to schedule it....

Is this actually a 1st world problem?
Someone shooting a water jet up your arse in the name of modern medicine? Yes.

Got a cavity filled and a partial crown put in. Whole thing took about 90 minutes and the Novocaine is wearing off. It's... unpleasant.

On the way home from work this evening, the moron in the truck in front threw a burning cigarette butt out from his cab onto the road. So nasty and dangerous with all the hot and dried weather here.

I gotta trim my nose hairs but I don't feel like putting in my contacts to do it.

And I'm eating some Thai dish where eggplant is the star but it's so scarce you'd think it was a truffle. Where my eggplant, bro?

OMFG. I just saw a Duracell Christmas commercial!

Christmas!

And it was a Star Wars co-promo like last year when everything had a Star Wars theme and mentioned when the movie was coming out.

I've decided that they are actually aliens. They got tired of the "I've been abducted" crowd and have tricked us into.... voluntarily.... get probed by them for reasons. Yes, the DRs are in collusion.

There's another big power outage in my area and there's a bunch of stuff down. It probably won't end before the end of my shift so it means I have to create a bunch of tickets on all the stuff that's down.

Lots of stuff happening at work, just random crap. Means I have to actually do work.

We are the opposite. The last quarter of the year is the busiest time for us. We have to close out most, if not all, of our project by December 31st or earlier. So damn busy.
