Already taking calcium/mag/D daily and it's just my left toe.

Who knows, I'm 51 and have done some bad things/exposed to my body. Happy to be where I'm at.

If you eat cheese and drink milk, you probably don't need calcium. And for D3, the optimum level varies so you should have it tested the next time you get a check up. There's a lot of controversy over how much you need but I think it's endocrinologists who recommend 2-3000iu per day. You're probably only getting 400 or 800 IU's from the supplement.

The reason for the cal/mag, initially, was for ATP production but since my joints/ligaments gave me the "eff you", I might not need any other that what I take in normally.

Still taking chondroitin/glucosamine after 20 years too.

Going to the DR in the AM, might need to ask about the D3. 700IUs currently.

Thanks.

FML. Craigslist/Kijiji people are so damn flaky. They're interested but not interested enough to reply to a damn email within 48 hours.

Netflix on Apple TV 4th gen won't allow me to view the credits for Forrest Gump.

The credits are shrunken to an unreadable thumbnail that I can't select or bring back to full-screen...just so Netflix can suggest Good Will Hunting to me.

Netflix said it was because my account allows them to preview features they might roll out to everyone eventually. They said they flagged my account to stop doing it.

I watched Disney Animated Shorts Collection and it did the same thing at the end; promoting some pony thing. Might have to restart my device.

If this "IHS" really believes in the idea of opt-in, why did I get an unsolicited email at all?

Got a great deal at Target on a kitchen appliance, grabbed the box, sliced that piece of skin between my thumb & finger with a cardboard (not paper) cut.

Paper cuts are one thing, but I think I may die from this :(

And the amount of points that My Coke Rewards that you can enter per week went down from 120 points to 75 points and the amount of points to redeem the goods went up. Whaaaaaaaa.

It all started on Friday the 13th. D:

I was working on a big machine tool with a technician. He got inside the machine with one of those mirrors-on-a-stick to see under a flap into the wiring, dropped it, and shattered it...on Friday the 13th. We made fun of him all day for that :D

Wanted to abuse the wedding registry coupon to get a great deal on a PS4 at Target like everyone else doing it, but they fixed it. :'(

Now I'm doomed to pay full price for the Darth Vader Playstation. DOOMED!

And I finally submitted my application for teachers' college. F me in the A, out over $200. Still not sure if I want to go because job prospects suck but it's the only thing I want to do.

The wife runs a non profit for her 2nd job. They're always struggling for $$. Some guy dies and leaves them 10% of his net worth....which is ~$2.5M. $250K isn't enough to buy the building that she's in.:(

I'm making light of the situation but she's overwhelmed with gratitude. They can still pinch pennies and ensure that the center stays open for a long time.

I told her that she needs a company car...a nice BMW Z4...or at least, a M3.:D
