Yes it is hot, even for the South (US). At least it is cooling down at night so I don't have to have to run the AC all night as I used to do during summer.

I saw your post about Halloween candies. Darn, I want to be a kid again that good candies.

For some reason my DVR crapped out midway through The Late Show so a couple minutes into the interview with Jack Black the stream abruptly ended. Listen, DVR, I'm not thrilled about you just spontaneously turning off, but if you're going to do that, do it BEFORE THE INTERVIEW WITH JACK BLACK STARTS and save me four uncomfortable minutes of pretending I care about whatever Jack Black is peddling.
 
Ordered a grande caramel macchaiato when I really wanted a vente and was too embarassed to correct myself before they made it, so I suffered through a medium instead of a large. I was also going to order another expresso shot but screwed up on that one also.

Seriously. What the fuck am I supposed to respond with? "Yes, this is <name>"? No shit it's me, my laptop didn't get stolen at a Starbucks and now someone else is on it. But thanks for the simple greeting to initiate conversion like something CRAZY like "Hello"

I looked away for a few seconds and 15 minutes passed last night... Didn't catch the Late Show until the Jack Black interview.

You can't be serious about this. No matter what sort of legal protections Canada allows the disabled, that's a serious health hazard right there.
 
I bought a new router so I could get rid of the second internet connection and save over $50/month... now I've gotta set it up🙁.

Edit: Also, I will have an unused port on my 3-way coax splitter and buying a terminator costs more than buying a new 2-way splitter. FML.

Had free pizzas for dinner tonight but management only had 3 types - cheese, pepperoni, and ham. No meat lover or supreme. Also, they did not get pizzas from PizzaHut but Dominos. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
 
Had to pull out my entire drum kit for a polishing and tuning tonight. Finally starting to play out again - first gig in a year or two is tomorrow. The bad news is I now have to lug all my shit in and out of my apartment and to the bar(s). Stands... Drums... Pedals... Cymbals... Cables... Mics.... FML. Should have been a vocalist.
