Phone number port happened today... Now I have to pack up the second phone and figure out what to do with the 50' old phone cord.

I watched the first part of a two part episode of a TV show and the next episode doesn't happen until Saturday. On top of that there is another show that just started it's season and now I have to wait for that to come out once a week, and there are two other shows that are currently waiting for their next season.

I need more good TV shows.

Seen house of cards?

Went to the Texas State Fair over the weekend and a bunch of folks just stopped in the middle of the pathway to talk/eat/socialize/etc. with all of the baby strollers/stuffs/bags. Talk about a traffic nightmare.

Also, it is hard to continue to eat healthy weeks after weeks.

Noooooooooooooo.... I had Task Manager open to see which program was crashing my system but I was doing a file transfer and had an Explorer window covering Task Manager when it actually crashed. FML. I've been doing this for a week now, not one crash.

Oh, and it's cloudy with the sun peeking in and out, kept screwing with the lighting when I was trying to film something.

Edit: And some fuqwit with an intellectual disability didn't properly close the screen door again for the millionth time, let a fly into the house, and it loves where I am because my lamps are on... This dumbfuq managed to cause an infestation during the summer when a fly laid a few dozen eggs in one of his dozens of plant greenhouses -- plant pots covered with the tops of 2 liter coke bottles.

I haven't, but I'll look into it.

Current series are; Doctor Who, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daredevil, and Mr. Robot if those give you any idea on what I watch.

Defiance is good, have been watching those lately myself.

Sounds like you would like those if you haven't seen them.

I'm still halfway through season 2 of 3 seasons so far.

I'm going to try Dark Matter out also, haven't watched any yet.

I switched to Chrome from Explorer... but I've noticed that YouTube videos have tearing in Chrome but not Explorer. FML.

Had to get a tooth filling the other day after my night shift, so meant I had to stay up so I can go to the appointment. Then I had to try to sleep while my mouth was still frozen.

In the 3rd world, they would not freeze your mouth, and just go at it, probably with harsher tools too. 😱

I baked a cake and don't have anything but a tea towel so I decided to just let it cool inside the oven -- let the door open for a few seconds to let the hot air out. Might come out overcooked but meh.

Primary click wore-out on my Logitech MX Revolution mouse I use at work. I bought the successor: Performance Mouse MX.

Unlike the MX Revolution, the Performance Mouse MX can't automatically switch from click-to-click (detents) scrolling to free-spinning by flicking the wheel. I have to manually toggle an awkward mechanical switch on the mouse. With the MX Revolution, I used the free-spin momentum frequently to keep my web browser at the bottom of a tall page so I could read the last post while everything above it was still loading.

Unlike the MX Revolution, the Performance Mouse MX doesn't have a charge cradle. It has to charge through a detachable microUSB cable. I let it charge overnight at home before I brought it to work. Each time I left for lunch, I switched it off. At the end of each day, I switched it off. The battery didn't last 1 month. 😡

Now I'm charging it with a $0.10 microUSB cable that makes my tidy desk look cluttered...wishing I bought an MX Master instead. Apparently, the MX Master brings back automatic switching for the scroll wheel.
