I have borrowed this iphone 5C to run the Apple watch I bought alongside my S6, and the battery life and performance on this phone are absolute junk. I am tempted to go buy an iphone 6 just to interface with the watch without crazy lag and awful battery life and a hideous plastic cover. The more I think about it the more it upsets me that I have to use this iphone at all.

Going to look on ebay to find an iphone 5s or 6 so I don't have to go hide in the bathroom before i take the phone out of my pocket out of embarassment. I can't let people know that I posses such a device.

I gotta take a dump but I'm watching Mad Men. It'll repeat right afterwards but then I won't be able to watch something else at 12pm because it'll end at 12:10pm. Yes, I have it 12pm thing DVR'd but still...

Had to work a Sunday shift. Got home late. Super hungry, tons of food in fridge, but didn't feel like cooking.

Ate a plateful of cookies instead.

8 open stalls in the bathroom. Seems like I always go into one and then someone else walks into the bathroom and takes the stall right next to mine. Why do you want to sit right next to someone who's taking a dump, shouldn't you practice stall etiquette just like urinal etiquette?

LOL. I can relate to this, though I have a theory (for the bathroom at work, anyway).... Basically people feel more secluded the farther away from the bathroom door they are. It usually fills up farthest from door to closest to door... so if you get the last one and have the entire bathroom to yourself and someone comes in and sits next to you... it's not cause they want to smell you or scare you, they just feel 'safer' away from all the commotion of the door and urinal area.

I pick the one that looks cleanest and doesn't appear to have wet or dried specks on the seat. I start and the closest and move down, sometimes doubling back to the cleanest one. Maybe I'm just weird.

It's because people don't bother checking if other stalls are occupado or not. I made an effort to always look under stalls to look for feet. My work bathrooms even had a big mirror across from the stalls so all you had to do was look in the reflection for feet, not bend down.

I am plagued with incompetent government. Kathleen Wynne should do Ontario a favour and just stop.

The USPS closed their local sorting facility. Local letters that used to be delivered in one or two days now take up to two weeks. This is a metro area of over a million people. Contract docs require certified, signature confirmation otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Time to hire a local runner?

I did that at a temp job occasionally, running documents to the lawyers a few buildings over downtown. It was FUN.

Might as well get a SSD while ripping it apart.

Found a busted Galaxy S4 today, but the sd card was toast :^(

It amazes me how careless people are with their portable computers(phones). I've literally found a couple thousand $ in phones along the roads in less than a year. I'm still contemplating fixing an iPhone5 that needs a screen, but that's a lot of effort and money for a shitty iPhone :^D

SWTOR had a 12x XP bonus yesterday (May the Fourth/Force), but I had to study for a Calc exam so I missed it.

iPhone 5 screen replacement is cheap and easy, but it's probably locked to the last Apple ID that was used with it.

Oh great, Dave. And all the while you're acing your "exam" the galaxy is going to shit. Vitiate's ritual is nearing completion!

Are you proud of yourself? :\

In honor of Cinco De Mayo and Taco Tuesday being conjoined, I have eaten too many tacos and drunken too many beers and my stomach is stuffed.

I spent most of the day helping my aunt with 3 computers. It was a mix of vista and 8, two of the worse operating systems to deal with. I can't decide what's worse to deal with, vista or 8. 8 is not bad if you have a touch screen which these machines had though.

Bah, the big fans wouldn't fit in the little one, reconfigured em a bit and upgrading windows on that one.

Had a OMG what did I do moment for a bit on the Mini HAF, was playing with fans and fired it up a few times to test a few with the CPU cooler off :p

I wondered why it kept shutting down, took the 920 that was in there out and was needed to stick the X5650 in there and the pins looked weird, but it did when I bought the thing second hand.

Fortunately after hooking everything up again the X5650 came up in BIOS just fine in the BIOS on there, just waiting on the SSD to come in tomorrow.

Thought I might have fried a few socket pins on that MOBO there a for a bit till I tried it.

Might through the 920 in the trash or something, still have a L5639 not even using now, maybe someone local will give me a few bucks for it.

Still have the sister in laws updating Windows 7 atm, I figured I had that one running well now I might as well get it going right.

Switched over to watch Letterman 10 minutes late -- to skip the monologue -- and found out I missed Cher.
