Bullshit-lite Extra™ prevailed and was sent to the client. Now the client is pissed and wants a meeting to discuss the report. I get to attend the meeting to explain the bullshit. The coworker who authored the bullshit won't be there. I suppose simply telling the client that we're a bunch of bozos wouldn't do.
I say toss 'em all under the bus then ask the client for a job.

You simply tell them that said coworker is a bozo instead. :awe:

Went through the car wash and it didn't take all the bugs off my windshield.

Contemplating suing.

The view from my dinner table tonight makes me realize what a shithole I live in.

I had to take a tax quiz to confirm that I was not a United States citizen and that I was not operating my business in the US of A.

I finally talked myself into upgrading to an SSD in my laptop. Now Amazon and Newegg are sold out of the model I was contemplating and the third party vendors are jacking prices in the vacuum. Now my sense of fiscal responsibility is kicking back in so I'm missing the window of spendthrift opportunity.

I have to deal with someone who's lived in an English speaking country for almost 40 years but hasn't learned to read/understand the word "shampoo."

Had a particularly dry stool this morning. My wife used up all the witch hazel wipes. Now my butt itches. :\

Had to drive to a client today and didn't get to leave until 4:30. Traffic was already out

Grrrrr. I much prefer traveling for clients than driving in-town.

Got up early because I thought I had an appointment... Called the office, and it's in 3 weeks. FML. Why do I keep losing the card with the date:(.

I still haven't cut a piece of plywood quite right yet :p

That and I need to stick this SSD on a table over here on the sister-in-laws computer and get it running for her again still.

I'm trying out audio recording through the computer, basically doing karaoke with headphones to see how Audacity works. Being a sucky singer doesn't bother me. Having my own shitty singing playing back at me through the headphones while I'm trying to sing is super annoying. I think I'm doing it wrong. Somehow I need the background music to pass to the headphones while my singing just gets recorded w/o passing through to the headphones.

I really thought I had mastered three note singing. It turns out I only have two. :'(

The new Crucial MX-200 wanted to fight at first, but at least windows is installing on it.

I'd forgotten a few things about the computer since I had looked at since I made it, used to be a nice gaming computer, hadn't looked at the BIOS in few years on that one.

That, and there was so much dust in it was ridiculous, I cleaned so much out of this thing was crazy.

Might have to "borrow" that big side fan off the big HAF I'm rebuilding for my mini HAF when I put the X5650 in it tomorrow, he's not running it hot anyways.

Stuck an SSD in there instead of the old Raptors still have a couple of in the Mini HAF, man those things had a long life after all this time, still have two in there going to be gone in the future.

The old Thermalright TRUE copper in the thing still a real blast from the past :)

I put my basil seedlings in last night, and it hailed today; tore some of them to shreds. We'll see for the rest, but another half-flat of seedlings may be in order. Weather forecast said rain, didn't mention hail.

(Although now that I think about it, losing crops to bad weather may actually not be a first-world problem...?)

had to turn the AC on today

76 feels too cold
77 feels to hot

Haha I feel you there. It was 80 today and I had to turn on the A/C full blast in my car to keep from sweating. Not used to the warmth yet!
