Slammed the last half of my beer so I could catch the bus. The bus was 10 minutes late, I could've enjoyed it properly.

Soon I may have to make a very difficult decision, should I get the practical GMC Denali or fun C7 Z06. Ah! I don't know!

Wife has flu, could not find the thermometer so I had to break out a 2000 dollar thermal imager to check her temp.

Got a new receiver and couldn't figure out how to get the surround sound set to the proper DSP mode when watching TV. After messing around for an hour I finally figured out that when watching TV you had to press the Music button on the remote to set it to the mode that worked right.

I assume the remote was designed by a 3rd-worlder.

I just found out ups is going to be a day late with something I ordered. This is outrageous!

I also can't find a good keyboard table that I can use in a recliner. Someone needs to get on that shit.

The TV in the workout room had a lousy viewing angle and the hdmi input was fried, so I had to use the VGA from my htpc.

It finally annoyed me enough to buy a new one.

I can't decide if I should keep my gtx780 or my r9 290.

Also, the free food at work wasn't that good today so I threw it out and went and got something different.

My super duper once-every-two-years-battery died in the smoke detector. The smoke detector is way at the top of my super high vaulted bedroom ceiling. the ladders I have are either way too short to get at it, or way too long to get upstairs without bashing the walls.

The local home depot has tons of ladders to rent, but didnt have the exact size I need. Have to wait until tomorrow when the medium ladder comes back from someone else with 1st world problems here in the suburbs.

Comparing this thread to a thread of the same topic on another tech site OT. Having a problem deciding which one is more entertaining.
