Dropped a square nut under the bottom hinge pin to raise it a tad. Gonna get more time out of it. And I can tell the boss that the mold is holding the frame together.

Got careless when I was squaring up the piece. Should have changed the blade but was too lazy. It didn't appreciate the thickness. Thought I was good slicing off small pieces at a time until I tried too much.

Lesson learned, hopefully, but doubtful. You know it takes 90 seconds to swap a blade...yeah.
