After years of directing employees to set up sharepoint sites for every freaking little project or idea (better handled through thoughtful creation of shared directories), corporate IT has noticed that the sharepoint server is a mess where it is impossible to find anything. Come to find out there was a kind of silent recall on the receiver I had, so it'll be shipped out for free repairs. Good job Onkyo, I just wish you had more than the one trade in option that was sold out...I might have considered going with a new unit then. Now just crossing my fingers that it all goes well, it's old enough that the other electronics could be worn out and fail shortly after getting it's current issue fixed.

I'm in the same boat, I ordered some transistors off Amazon but the projected date is later this month but I keep hoping they arrive early. I only ordered from there because I did not want to spend the $8 shipping from Digikey, but at least with Digikey they would be here within a day or two. I'm tired of waiting since I want to clear my workbench but have to wait for these dang things to show up. It's for my nephew's hoverboard and it's all laid out so I don't really want to move it until I can put it back together.
