Do any businesses actually observe/respect Columbus Day anymore? The holiday itself seems to have a negative connotation these days. That might transfer to business that observe the holiday publicly.It's 6:30AM on Columbus Day Monday and I have to go to work.

I wish they were switchable. 99% of the time I'd rather charge at 500mA, but would like the ability to quick charge when necessary, and I don't feel like plugging it up to the computer every night.Stories now on the news that replacement Samsung Note 7 phones are going up in flame. Now I have to double-down on getting slow chargers and being paranoid about lithium-ion or primary batteries.
