both Costco and fidelity dropped amex.
I have 2 cards each with them (1 personal and 1 business). that's 4 cards.

i got 4 new visa cards as their replacement.
now i have 8 cards.

all the while switching to a new bank and their bill pay system.

pain in the ass keeping track of which bill needs to be paid when, and which acct.
luckily it's only for this month (july).

the amex accts will be deleted next month since they're now defunct.
then i'll be back down to the normal 4 cards and 1 bill pay to take care of it all

Item I was looking at on Amazon went down a few bucks, thought about getting it, didn't, then the price went back up. Then the price went back down, same cycle, it went back up, and now there's only one left in stock. FML.

Edit: Think the neighbors may be moving -- they're likable. It's a young-ish family, one of the parents of the adults who was living with them died recently, and it may be a forced liquidation for estate/inheritance stuff.

At first I was proud that my sales associates seemed to be maintaining their composure and acting professional, but one finally approached him for a selfie when he was getting help from someone else and it started a snowball of others doing the same. Ugh.

My Tokyo Mirage Sessions special edition was apparently ready for pickup today at Best Buy a full day ahead of when the arrival time was estimated while I was out doing errands nearby. I did not see my email with the notification until I got home and as a result I blew my only chance to get it this week as my schedule is nuts until Sunday.

Holy shit. I think I just walked by Emily Kinney a few hours back. Saw a blonde who looked like her, thought it wasn't, then just checked Instagram, she's in my town, and that was a "trendy" part of town -- I hate it.

And I don't know what happened in the two hours I was out of the house. When I came back, the whole house reeked of musk/mildew -- hope it's just that. A/C has been on for over a week straight, just noticed earlier. Thermostat said to change the humidifier pad but that shouldn't be causing this?

The worst meeting of the week is on Tuesday. Today is Thursday. I was happy. Then my phone buzzed at me. Management had moved the deplorable meeting to Thursday this week. Crap.

House still stinks. Turned the A/C off for 8 hours overnight, cracked some windows. I think the floor was wiped with a really bad mop but turned the A/C off again and cracked some more windows.

Can't decide whether to start a GoFundMe or just call the Red Cross.

Man I got up this morning to check on my 8 mole traps that are set in the yard and lo and behold a victor out o sight trap had a mole in it. Unfortunately my neighbors front yard has signs of new mole activity all along the curb so the battle is not won yet.

Haha. It is this reason why I subject myself to hand washing all of my cooking utensils. Spatula, rubber scraper, whisk all get hand washing after use to ensure I can use them again.

Me neither. I have one, and have never used it. I do a better job of dishes, with less breakage. Also, by the time you've cleared and rinsed dishes prepping them for the washer, you might as well just finish the job, and wash them properly.

Got Star Fox Zero at Best Buy for $24 with Gamers Club Unlocked but when I got there the box was mangled by security wire. They didn't have any other copies in the warehouse in sight. Why is this game so hard to find in decent condition? FML

Try some Febreeze in the suspected areas. It will only mask the problem but should help you narrow down the source. Recently found out that Febreeze is just cyclodextrin.

Turned the A/C off for 1.5 hours, opened 3 big windows, think it's better -- or I'm brain damaged and can't smell it anymore. Turned the A/C back on an hour ago and smell hasn't gotten worse, so it was probably a mop.

Going to head out for a bit in a bit to give my nose a break. Hope it's gone-gone when I'm back.

Edit: Oh, and I was looking at buying stuff from the US Amazon... What the hell, the import/shipping fees for a cable are a fraction of those for empty plastic battery adapters.
