Accidentally spent an extra $15 on a set of 'Ultra' Sylvania headlights instead of the 'normal' ones. I'll be the judge of how much "brighter, wider, better" these things are. It's not worth my time going back to exchange them.

they are brighter but lasts 1/3 as long as the regular.
if brighter isnt your priority, then you just wasted double the $ on 1/3 the life

Makes sense. I popped them in and realized the external plastic of my headlights are disgusting. I should probably clean them. This will then make my headlights EXTRA ULTRA SUPER bright (?!)

Lost a toy drone in the parking lot at work. I was demonstrating it to a coworker when the wind blew it into a tree. We then threw a football at it and got that stuck, and then an umbrella and got that stuck in the tree as well. As a last ditch effort I threw the remote and that fell out and shattered when it hit the pavement.

Lost more than my fair share of those... and Cox free flight kits. I lost a Cox Airwolf helicopter and two Cox UFOs. For years I still had gallons of useless left over fuel that I had bought on clearance when I still had the damned things. Every now and then I drive past the field and wonder if I should check the treeline for my ancient stuff.

Taking the train to Montreal this evening and they were sold out of business class seats. I have to sit in coach! May just cancel the trip now.

New Thermos coffee mug is keeping my coffee too hot. I've had the lid off for ~30 mins and it's still scorching.

Those new mugs are incredible. Except the one I got, the lid is not vented properly. It's ok for sipping hot coffee, but I can't chug a cold drink without taking the lid off.

I like to drink coffee with some sugar in it every now and then but I don't like the aftertaste that it leaves.

Meh, six hour trip from Toronto to Montreal. Last time I went, I got a single seat. It was a 5am or 6am thing. Holy crap it was hard to sleep in those rock hard seats. Better to be awake.

I found a full can of Fix-A-Flat, but it fell out of my pocket, and I lost it. I was bordering on heat exhaustion, and was kind of out of it. I noticed it was missing when I got back to the truck, but the ~$7 can of stuff wasn't worth looking for.

Today I needed to pay cash in advance for my gasoline. Went into the store where they sell cigarettes and junk food. Had to wait for the cashier to ring up another customer's order of gatorade bottles and assorted junk food. Was going to make a snide remark, but before doing so I noticed the guy buying the stuff had tats running up to and including his neck.

Finally got to the cashier. She asks me what pump am I at. I forgot to check, so I don't know. Walked 10 feet over to the main window, find the number on the gas pump and walk back to the cashier. I lost my place in line and had to wait again.

Had to fix my mailbox again!!!
I can at least understand it in the winter when they hit it with the plow but this time they were just mowing along the road. I go to get my mail & the box is laying in the ditch... ripped it right off the bracket. At least the post was still in the ground.

The township must have a bunch of newbs running the equipment. They hit my mailbox more this past winter then they have in the last 10 years.

Made an appt this morning to have my tires rotated and balanced. The shop I go to is having their parking lots repaved so I had to park in the adjacent parking lot and walk a bit farther.

I'm not sure that's a first world one....
I'm joking, dental isn't included in the compulsory package here either, at least the regular maintenance, I don't know about bad teeth.
