What first world problem did you have today?

wanted ribeye tonite but since its sun, didn't feel like wading thru the hordes at Costco to get the $8/lb boneless usda choice ribeye.

went to my local supermarket but the best they had was $12/lb for semi-boneless usda select.

Had to wait for 5 visits from the waitress at the end of the meal before I could pay for my brunch.

1st visit. We flagged her down and asked for the bill and a doggie bag for leftovers.
2nd visit. Brought the bill.
3rd visit. Brought the box. I told her I had a credit card to pay for the bill.
4th visit. Brought the wireless credit card thingy to charge the card.
5th visit. Brought the pen so I could actually sign the credit card receipt.

Plus she was really, really slow in general during the meal. Too bad too. The food was good but the service was just frickin' horrible. I won't be going back there.

Needless to say, I gave a below average tip.

Downloaded a bunch of SNES roms to test a new Android game controller with SNES9x Ex+. Using my usual Google search terms, I found the index of someone's ROM folder. It contained vague names and some duplicate filenames. I ran Cowering's GoodSNES database utility to rename them and found that most of the ROM files are foreign (PAL 50hz runs slower than NTSC 60hz and doesn't sync correctly with the refresh rate of a mobile device screen). Others are known romhacks. That sucks. I need a source for GOOD SNES ROM files.

I may need to dump the ROM data from my own game cartridges.

Don't get me started on the difficulties of getting them onto this phone. The system doesn't see the phone and, for some reason, Chrome on the Android phone won't connect to the same local FTP server that my iPhone will connect to just fine.

Went to make a loaf of beer bread. Pyrex loaf pan was in fridge half full of left over meat loaf. Had to repack the meat loaf and wash the pan by hand. Woe be me.

Couldn't get my phone to sync to my car stereo via bluetooth this morning. Finally ended up rebooting my phone and then it worked. Had to drive half my commute in silence before I could then listen to music.
