Too late ><

I know I have a problem. I like to trade shit. It annoys her but I have traded up multiple times on this car starting with a brake job. Ya I traded a brake job for a car needing an engine. threw in cheap engine traded for a motorcycle. Traded that motorcycle for an expedition that she drove for two years then traded that exp for a harley. Traded harley for a Jeep that I traded in aweek for a 74 Vette. Now I am getting trade offers in the 20k range and she wants me to cash it out. GDI I need my vices or I am gonna lose my shit.

I also made the mistake of mentioning that her fur coat cost more than all my cars have cost me put together.

Cant win bro. Cant win.

the boat is fucking awesome too.
Could just gnaw your tongue off to keep your mouth out of trouble.:p

Grats on the boat. Don't let her rid in it. That'll show her.

I just spent the past 3 days, probably 6 hours each at least, redoing years of taxes because I missed something. Found out I owe a whole $65 more... Don't worry taxman, check's in the mail.

I have to walk a block to buy groceries, or no morning coffee for me. THE PAIN!

(Because I was too lazy to order from AmazonFresh. THE EFFORT!)

Skin on my hands has been cracking & bleeding due to the ongoing zero-degree weather outside. Accidentally grabbed the hand sanitizer instead of the hand lotion. Going to have to type with voice dictation instead of my fingers for the next few weeks D:

Drink more water. Thats the MAIN problem and nobody ever seems to want to actually fix it.

Slightly hung over from bar-hopping last night with my co-workers.

(Even worse,I still have to go back to work this morning.)

Thankfully,I only work the morning shift.(I'm at work from 8 AM to 11:30 AM).

I didn't get to bed until 9 PM last night.I'm running on about 6 hours of sleep right now.

This is going to suck when I'm at work today.

Yeah...no.

Winters in much of the US have very dry air and it's further compounded by forced air heating systems that dry things out even more. The natural oils and lipids that keep our skin soft are not able to keep up with the wear and tear of the elements. It's not a dehydration issue. If you work in an environment that requires you to constantly wash your hands you have the same issue. All of that washing wears away at the natural barrier that your skin forms.

It's not a dehydration issue. You are wearing down a physical barrier that your body produces. Using topical moisturizer is really the only way to help.

If you want a simple check of dehydration, you can do a quick skin turgor test:

My boss and coworker are too busy with meetings today to create login accounts on any of the systems or go over common procedures/policies with me, so I'm stuck here reading white papers and browsing ATOT on my phone when I need a break.

Sometimes my brain gets in a loop and won't stop. Must be why God gave us beer. Think I'll have a few tonight.

dude I have the same problem. There are some things I have to decide about and its all consuming. last night I had two highballs of scotch and it put me right out thank goodness.

Day 2 of doing nothing but reading technotes and white papers, but apparently my new boss has a list of stuff he'll want me to do on Monday

I just remembered that my GPS is probably out of juice and to keep it alive, I should charge it... Same for my iPod and GoPro batteries.

Made microwave popcorn for the first time in years. It somehow slipped my mind that microwave popcorn bags were paper laminated in plastic -- now I'll have to learn to use a stove because I can't find a good air popper and tempered glass containers may explode in the microwave. FML, why is making popcorn so hard...
