Indoor allergies don't care what time of year it is.

They also don't just come and go for no reason. I have gotten sick from so many idiot friends and coworkers saying "not sick; think it's just allergies" with absolutely NO reason to "think" that so now I actually get angry when I hear someone say it without at least proposing WHY they "think" it's allergies.

Got a new cat and think you're simply allergic? OK, go ahead and use my phone and share my pen. Got sniffles in flu season while going to the same office you go to every day and think you don't need to take precautions to avoid spreading it? Not OK.

Also, just because you have allergies does not mean you don't also get sick. I see so many people who think it's a matter of degrees: sniffles and sneezes and congestion are ALWAYS "allergies" to these people just because they never got bad enough to know it was something else. :rolleyes:

Went to lunch today and was driving on the main street (5 lanes - 2 on each side and 1 turn lane). The speed limit was 40 MPH. There was an old white guy (about 50-60 years old) in a Benz and he was driving about 10 MPH on the left side. Everyone drove around him and when I passed him, I saw he was trying to dial his phone while driving so slowly on the left side.

didn't get the job, after 8 fucking interviews :mad:

not because my resume wasn't good enough or because I didn't do well in the interviews, but rather, because after all-but-promising me a job offer, they decided not to fill the position :rolleyes:

miscounted, it was actually 9.

the first day, they made me go around and interview with someone from pretty much every technical department (Windows sys admin, Unix sys admin, DBA, Exchange, etc, etc)... 9th interview was with my perspective boss.

Deadline for submission was 5pm EST, the web page kept crashing and I didn't get my work uploaded until 4:57.

Simple, the bleeding hearts that dominate the population voted that chickens need space and as such cannot be kept in cages to lay eggs.

Result=expensive eggs. Although, I haven't noticed a "300%" increase as you claim...more like 50%.

Ah, thanks fellas. definitely #firstworldproblem

(i'm used to $.99 for medium dozen, nothing fancy. when i saw them 'on sale' for $3.49 i felt a disturbance. so, in actuality only 250% increase; i just used 300 for effect :biggrin: )

That sucks. Don't see how that doesn't come off as dicking someone around.

I put a fork in my lunchbox, but when I opened it up there were two forks. Now I don't know which one is the dirty one from before.
