You have actually done very well with the CPU and GPU. The case.. I dont really think that is the best you could do with a $100 budget. Secondly, you need to be considering a Power Supply, or PSU. The current best bang for buck PSU's are the Enhance 5150GH 500 watt PSU and the Corsair HX520 520 watt PSU. The Corsair is the slightly better unit but both will serve you more then adequately.
For the case, how bout an Antec Nine Hundred?

If you get the case and decide you'd like some more quietness, consider purchasing some Blue LED Yate Loon 120mm fans from Jab-tech. Though you may be just as happy with the fans that come with the case. Just give it a try first. Those 80mm fans aren't necessary. They are cheap, noisy, and won't even fit in your case
😛 Always look for 120mm fans for cases. 80mm is high noise and low airflow, while 250mm fans are also good but also have a tendency to build dead spots in poorly designed cases.
Additionally, go for the Ultra 120 Extreme if you have the money for it, Purchase a good ball bearing fan to go with it. I'll admit I'm not into quietness like the guys over at SPCR (Silent PC Review). I prefer function and overclockability to silence. For that reason I prefer the
Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F fans. The CFM necessary with good overall quietness.
Oh, and on behalf of everyone here, let me say welcome to the forums ^_^
EDIT: Since Zepper hasn't checked in yet.. (Shame on him, he must be sleeping in
😉), I'll give the recommended case on his behalf.

With a solid build, a 120mm intake and exhaust, and even a side duct (though useless for tower sinks) this case provides some great bang for the buck.
