Ooh, forgot about that. I've got three of our cars programmed with the same entry code. My son's know it, and can get into the locked car, or pop the trunk without the keys. I'd have never purchased that option, I'd certainly miss it if it were gone.Originally posted by: Zenmervolt
The keypad to unlock the doors/pop the trunk. No, I don't mean the remote entry thing. Car has a little numeric pad on the driver's door that will unlock/lock the doors or pop the truck with a given key sequence. It sounds stupid, but it's so nice not to have to fish in my pocket for my keys when I just want to grab a pen from my car, or to be able to leave the car running to warm up on a cold morning and still have it locked. Plus, I can never lock my keys in my car because of this.

Great when some A-holes have the high beam on behind me.
I know. I never had keyless entry until this car either and I never thought twice about it. Would have never paid for anything like that before I had it, but now that I do have it, it's just so bloody convenient. One of those, "huh, never thought it would be that convenient" kinds of things.Originally posted by: Ornery
