A nickname given to me by a former co-worker.

I used to go by a minor derivation of my real name. I asked the mods for a change. My request was ignored so I adopted this one. I've actually been here since 1998. I was here during the geocities days.

alright... here it goes again...someone started a thread asking for suggestions for a band name. the name moshquerade popped into my head. i suggested it and then thought it would be a cool username. here i am.
 
river bordering the underworld in Greek myth. thought it sounded cool about 12 years ago and have used it for most online things since then. sometimes I have to add a number because it is not super creative. actually when I originally signed up for AT I had a number at the end because there was already an "acheron", but it turned out the other guy signed up in 2001 or something and had never logged in since, so Harvey let me take it. 🙂
 
Used to be genocide when gaming, now it sounds not so friendly, so I switched to geno, people now mistake it for an Italian name 🙂
 
It's a dig on one of my friends from high school who tried to spell penguin and put pegun instead. Thus the avatar as well.
