My nick comes from Wheel of Time, the bookseries by Robert Jordan.
It's the name of a tranied male channeler, who can channel the one power, which is like the force in starwars. Something like that.

Asha'man

Mine is simply a compression of my first and last name (E*** + MOS******). My section sergeant called me that one time in drill and the handle has stuck ever since!

Mine comes from a highly dellusional state I was in..

Or The Great Gatsby by Fitzgerald.
Take your pick.

Gatsby - 866

Well, see "Dan" stands for "Dan." Conveniently enough, "Dan" is also my first name.

well, Leroy is my nickname...and I tacked the Da bit on the front cos Leroy is fairly often taken as a nickname...

Well, let's see.......k refers to my first name, duncan refers to my last name, and 5 refers to absolutely nothing.......as far as I know😕 -kd5-

Pid is my nickname, because it's short for my last name.
The Sexy part was just added by someone..🙂
I couldn't get Sexy Pid because I screwed up on the e-mail addy, and that name banned, so SexEPid was good enough!

Root Access, compressed - RootAxs, and as such RootAxs.com

I wanted to make some sorta security focused website but never had much time to do it. So right now i just host some sites for free while i tinker with the server and have my full-time job during the day as a Producer.

Hey ShinerBurke, I always wondered if that referred to the beer. I discovered that stuff while going to a 1 month school at Lackland AFB, San Antonio. Shiner Bock is one of my all-time favorites. Several years later when I moved here to the Florida Panhandle I found that the Class Six carries Shiner which made me really happy as I can keep my fridge stocked. I happen to be drinking one right now. Mmmm smooth 😎

Anyway, I got my nick in college... my first name is Lincoln and all of my roommates and buddies said I wasn't quite there... something was missing.

Funny how that name followed me later on my first assignment in the USAF. Several of my coworkers, thinking they were original, had drawn the same conclusions and nickname for me. I am pretty sure none of them talked to any of my old college buddies.

Long live the Spoetzl Brewery!!

Mine's my last name smart and first initial. I don't have enough brain cells left to keep up with alot of userids.

It's a nickname I picked up at work. My first suggestion for tech support problems had something to do with that...😀

hrmmm
long irc story.
It started with SampSon, which is my real life nick name i guess.

Well, one of my favorite things to do is to just "chill" and escape the havoc of everyday life, hence the nick...
