I don't have time to get into why I'm asking. lets just say someone tells you that now they change to a better diet, their pee is very foamy. Like a bubble bath. The only thing that has changed is diet.
What are the bubbles?

not trying to jack your thread but I have a related question, my pee in the morning it sometimes dark. Only right when I wake up during the day it's very light, almost clear. I drink lots of water(1+ gallon a day), I've had one can of soda in the last month, juice without HFCS and milk. Is it just my body filtering out junk while I sleep? Something I should be worried about?

They're just bubbles. Don't worry about them. Drink more water if they worry you since that will reduce the concentration of anything promoting them.

Do you use any of those in tank or under rim toilet cleaners?

Just your body filtering. That's what your kidneys do, they filter toxins and concentrate them into your urine. Unless you get up to pee frequently during the night, your urine first thing will be darker.

But bubbles of what? More bubbles must mean more of something. Of all the well researched people I ask, this is the response I get. I feel like you're all saying "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" while I'm looking for the Wizard of Whiz.
And I doubt I could put away much more water, I drink 6 liters a day usually, sometimes more.
Absolutely not. The idea that pee should be clear all the time is absolutely bullsh*t and junk science. As long as you're decently hydrated (and pee color is no indication of that), you're fine. I drink a ton throughout the day and my morning pee is always darker than later.Originally posted by: Pantlegz1

Where were these bubbles forming? As the pee hit the ground or litter? It's a bit different when it hits water.
