Ive been drinking some chamomile (sp?) tea before bed the past 5 days, it makes me kind of sleepy.... 🙂

used to take ambien.. but i ran out and they are too expensive.
i sometimes take melatonin... but that takes a long time to work... and i am groggy the next day.
but  always works.

🙂

I just sleep. I can fall asleep anytime, anywhere having worked graveyard for the past 12 years. I can sleep a looooong time too...my record is 28 hours..

I have the Same problem .. i work afternoon/night shifts and when i get home its about 11p.m (Eastern) and i cant fall a sleep until like 4 a.m. I wanna know how i could fall a sleep without taking pills or drinking booze.

I thought I was the only one who had strange sleeping patterns because of my work schedule. I work swing shifts, from 3pm to 11pm, and I'll usually stay up until 3am and sleep till 1pm because I have to get up to go back to work. On a weekend, I'll be up till 7am and sleep until 7pm. Nasty cycle.

Usually I can fall asleep fairly easy, unless the temperature is too warm.

I need nothing. I usually fall asleep within 2 minutes of pillow-to-head contact.
