What do you take/drink/etc before you go to bed to help you sleep?

Ive been drinking some chamomile (sp?) tea before bed the past 5 days, it makes me kind of sleepy.... :)

I thought I was the only one who had strange sleeping patterns because of my work schedule. I work swing shifts, from 3pm to 11pm, and I'll usually stay up until 3am and sleep till 1pm because I have to get up to go back to work. On a weekend, I'll be up till 7am and sleep until 7pm. Nasty cycle.

Usually I can fall asleep fairly easy, unless the temperature is too warm.

I need nothing. I usually fall asleep within 2 minutes of pillow-to-head contact.
