What do you run as a daily overclock speed?

I run my E6600 at 2.8GHz (400MHz x7) 24/7. CPU cooling taken care of by an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

Until recently I used to run my E4400 @ 3GHz stock volts... but then I realised I hardly ever need that much CPU power! LOL

I'm mainly a gamer and most of the games I play are more GPU bound.

So now I run my E4400 @ 2.35GHz @ 1.07V! It's literally stone cold, it could probably be passively cooled! :p

If I'm ever in the need of more CPU speed I can easily use programs like Asus AI Suite/Clockgen in to bump up the Vcore/FSB without having to reboot, but I'm loving the power efficiency at this point. :)

in the sig.clocked back from point at which voltages had to increase too much to suit me.
all can go higher with heat raising voltages.
