I figured everyone has different lifts that they love, hate and don't do much but are naturally good at.

Here's mine:

Like to train (look forward to):

Chest and shoulders - I don't know why but it's straightforward

Hate training:

Back - just really exhausting
Neck - sucks

Comes naturally (easy):

Legs - I do them like once a week maybe, and have stretch marks from easy gains.

Kind of meh:

Forearms and Calves. I train them so much that they get boring - as my forearms are my weak point and calves are just vanity muscles for wearing shorts :\

Like

-upper back. I actively enjoy pullups, pulldowns, rows, etc
-triceps-related stuff

Hate

-Any sort of bicep exercise. So I just don't really do them.
-Deadlifts. My deadlift is weak, and they usually hurt me in some form or another. I consider them a necessary evil.

Meh

-Squats. I don't really like them, I don't really hate them. They just sorta are.

I hate bench press. Been trying to learn proper technique for weeks now and it's just a motherfucker. I get in a nice and tight starting position and then HIP CRAMP! Really the exercise is an abortion until I get it right and then I will love it.

Hehe, well we have similar except for the back.

Ugh, after my back work out I feel like going to sleep!

Also do not like bicep exercises since I already use them for doing back and I'm tired enough. And biceps suck IMO because they just make your arms look unbalanced, especially if you have don't have huge forearms :\

Drop your weight to something light like 135, and really go slow and get them right.

I had a problem when I first started lifting at around 17 or 18, and I didn't do them right or fully but I was pretty pretty heavy (up to 200), and it just didn't do much for shoulder or chest development.

Now that I'm doing them right, I can only do 5x 225 a few reps but the strength actually shows.

The only thing I hate is the necessary mobility/flexibility work I've had to do lately to keep doing what I do enjoy.

Like: Squats

Hate: Deadlifts

Easy: Bench press, as long as my arm isn't bothering me

I'm slowly moving away from my old get bigger/stonger goals since starting mma and working on more function strength for fighting. It's sad that some guys 1/2 my size are stronger than me in different areas.

I've been using these videos with Dave Tate as a guide. The biggest problem is I'm 33 and retraining my body to a new way of doing things is huge pain in the butt.

Hate:
Squats--can't stand doing them, but that's how I know they're working
Skull crushers--I like every other triceps exercise; unfortunately, skull crushers are also what seem to work best, at least for me

Like:
Shoulder press
T-bar rows
SLDL's

Easy:
Probably nothing, but if I had to choose, it'd be dumbbell flies
I also like preacher and standing dumbbell curls, so the enjoyment makes them at least seem easier

Likes: anything having to do with pullups or bodyweight stuff (dips, HSPU, pushups, etc). I also really like improving on the big compounds. Notice how I didn't say I like the process of completing big compounds.

Dislikes: thrusters, GHD situps, double unders, burpees some of the time. Thrusters are the worst for me.

Easy: bodyweight exercises, weighted chinups, running.

Haven't worked out in a while but I liked doing pretty much everything except abs and deadlifts.
