Fries - normally a catsup/mustard mix. Occasionally just a bit of salt and pepper and nothing else.
"catsup" is just an alternate, less common, spelling of ketchup... they're both approximations from the original chinese name of the sauce.Still not sure what catsup is. Also I wasn't asking about american chips / crisps.
