Barbecue sauce always. I used to do mayo, but it's unhealthy. Ketchup is too bland. I never eat it.

I was fairly disappointed in the UK "chips" I had. They were limp and overly salty....

Hmm that didn't come out right......

If it's a fry, and not a poutine, then usually salt and ketchup. The salt is normally already on it though so I don't add more.

Occasionally instead of ketchup I'll put vinegar. It's awesome on fries that are slightly overcooked and crispy.

Chips - onion dip
Fries - normally a catsup/mustard mix. Occasionally just a bit of salt and pepper and nothing else.

Still not sure what catsup is. Also I wasn't asking about american chips / crisps.
"catsup" is just an alternate, less common, spelling of ketchup... they're both approximations from the original chinese name of the sauce.

salt and/or ketchup

Sometimes I'll do gravy and cheese for the awesomeness that is Disco Fries (poutine for you Canucks).

Nope it was a little sidewalk place somewhere in the east end. It's actually been several years since I visited can't quite remember where exactly the place was.

Hmm.
