Interesting about all those choices on the isle now. I haven't done that in ages. I put in my Publix deli order online and the Mrs. picks it up on the way home.

I usually have a 6 egg omelette du fromage and a protein shake. Someone in another thread was talking about how they like Kraft American cheese on their eggs. I use American a lot too. Not that glue off the isle though. Boar's Head white and yellow are excellent with eggs. I use Boar's Head Colby Jack 3 pepper a lot too. Sometimes I do the 2 cheeses half and half with the omelette. Sometimes I just have the protein shake because I don't like to do cardio with anything heavier in me. Banana is about the only other thing I'll eat for breaking the fast, but haven't bought them in months.

I avoid eating a lot of carbs. Boxed cereals tend to have a high glycemic index which no bueno for an older man like myself.

This cheese is excellent
I used to have those individually packed “cheese” slices simply because that’s what my Mother bought. Soon after I started shopping for myself I went to deli cheese, then better cheeses. This is the most processed cheese I’ll have mainly because it works good in grilled cheese and fairly good with eggs provided you cook the eggs at a low temp so the cheese melts.
Note how it is a “Cheese Product”

Huh, seems there are a lot of choice for American cheese now. The publix deli brand isn't bad, but the Boar's Head is my favorite.

On eggs: You should always cook them on low heat and only till just done. It is the number one thing pro cooks never order when they go out. Because everyone ruins the delicate texture of the eggs. Starting with shit eggs is another issue. I can afford it, so I only buy pasture chicken eggs. Sometimes we get them local laid the same day. Makes a difference ya know?

Yeah, perpetual beast mode doesn't compare to the rest of us broke down old peeps.

12 days since my 2nd carpal. Want pics of that wound, too? 😀
Off topic: But have you seen how many of these fitness influencers and BBers are dropping dead? Or end up nuking their bodies but hard? I couldn't care less about being shredded or proportionately correct. Functional strength, a sustainable exercise methodology, and combating muscle and bone density loss due to aging are what I focus on.

Yeah farm eggs are superior. Been tough finding them lately the farmers markets seemed to have dried up in my area

I use this thing 2-3 times a week. Sometimes more

I scramble the egg, dump in some chopped meat or veggie sausage patty, a half slice of pepper jack, salt & pepper too.

I'm not a coffee person so its a Diet Pepsi or Monster Ultra Zero.

I bake my own buns and make my own jam/marmelade with fruits from our garden, honey and cheese.
Paired with a cup black French press coffee.

Most weeks it's just black coffee or black tea for me. Occasionally I'll have a poached or over medium egg on half a bagel (Wife does the same for the other half of the bagel)

A scoop of whey protein in water around 7 then a small greek yogurt with 1/3rd cup of granola by 9.

It's kinda the perfect amount daily for me, not too much and not too little.

Usually it's just a 40g bar of 45% dark chocolate, 200mL of flavored milk (processed kind) and oaty biscuits followed by a cup of tea with creamer about half an hour later. Keeps it cheap and also don't like to start my day with a heavy meal since I'll just sit most of the time so makes no sense to give my body stuff to convert to fat.

Lunch will be those same oaty biscuits or some fast food if someone is kind enough to treat everyone at the office.

Dinner is buffalo chicken burger with garlic sauce or minced meat with bread and salad. Once or twice a week, it's chicken with rice.

I prefer not to try different foods (I hate cooking) from restaurants coz it can often lead to serious regret about wasting my money.

I usually have oatmeal. I have been buying bulk rolled/large flake oats for a while and find it more enjoyable than cold cereal.

I use water and add some salt, cinnamon and some type of fruit like dates or berries.
A suggestion if you don't mind. Have the salt first (sprinkle on palm of hand and consume), then a full glass of water and then the rest. Supposed to be better for digestion.

I think the "choco" was the problem there. I have the "standard" before I leave the house in the morning, and have finished more than a "tall" by the time I leave to office to get to the first job. Black, no sugar.

One slice of whole-grain bread with a big spoon of organic (no sugar, no salt) peanut butter, a vanilla protein-shake made with chilled green tea and a multivitamin.
