Yeah we have seen this topic many times over the years... so what 😛

I drive a 1967 Mercury Cougar with a 289 ci v8 w/ 650 cfm 4bbl carb and other go fast stuff (cam, heads, medium riser intake, etc).

Edit: OK I got rid of the Litre stuff! Bahh purists!

99 Saturn SL2. There are only two cars I'd trade it for, 2003 WRX STi or a 2003 Mini Cooper S. My car is just way too fun to want anything else.

It's a 289... calling it a "4.8l" is just wrong.

Well most of these people don't know cubic inches they just know Liters so I say 4.8.

More specifically: 289 650 cfm 4 bbl w/ Edelbrock medium riser aluminum intake, ported GT40 heads, Edelbrock performer cam and some other go fast stuff. It'll eat the tires out from under the car... 🙂 Next mod is a 9 inch rear with posi..!! mmmmmm

Great ride Trinitron!!

I had a '67 XR7 and LOVED it! I had a had a '68 Cougar with a 428 as well, but the '67 out handled it and of all the cars I've owned the '67 was probably my favorite.

Thanks Tominator, man I want an XR7 but I can't afford one, my dad had a 428 though (Police Interceptor code). The 67 does handle quite well for a 3800lb sled! 😀
