The Ring was the scariest movie evar! If someone changes the channel to static now I'm curled up in the corner rocking for hours.

Yeah. I swear, if the TV would have gone on by itself that night I watched Ringu for the first time, I would have had an heart attack. I'm not kidding, either 🙂

I saw the original nightmare on elm street when I was like 8 (worst babysitter ever) and that freaked the hell out of me.
The shining is really creepy, especially if you watch it alone. Signs was awesome.

Seriously though, it sounds like I need to go rent Event Horizon...

Strangely enough 'Signs' gave me the bejeebies. Aliens too as I watched it when I was young and that concept scares the shlt out of me. 😕

I never watched horror movies growing up, but the original alien was probably the scariest. It still creeps me out today. Aliens, the second one, was more enjoyable but not as scary.

Signs also made it hard for me to drive home to my rural area at 2am.

I met the guy who made that film... and its absolutely horrible...
Before I google i think CHUD stands for something human underground dweller.

Edit: Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers
