i grew up hearing it called the bathroom. all the bathrooms in my house had toilets and bathtubs in them.

while i voted bathroom, i rarely say that. usually if i say anything at all, it will be much more graphic.

gonna go take a dump
gonna drop the cosby kids at the pool
gonna go drop a deuce
gonna go drop a load
gonna go visit the hershey highway
gonna take a leak
gonna go piss

you get the idea.

and why do all those have "take" in them when youre actually leaving something behind? ive always wondered about that.

I forgot to mention The Head which is mainly on boats.
Water closet is a old term, but you still see it on Blueprints
when an architect draws them up.
