Can you explain how you ended up paying for 2 different shipipng methods?

Why would you pay $12.00 for media mail AND $18.50 for parcel post?

Something doesn't add up here and so far you've shown that you don't realize that you paid for two completely different shipping charges.

Before I paid for the item, there was no "media mail" anything listed as part of the transaction.

My Ebay/Paypal reciepts all show that there was an additional "media mail" charge.

Got my CC bill and the charge went through as though there was no "media mail" charge.

Contacted seller and he wouldn't refund what i paid for insurance or anything extra for the excessive shipping.

I'm leaving no feedback.
 
If you paid with PayPal file a complaint. IIRC exsessive shipping fees are a valid option for filing a complaint and you will get your money back.

I don't get where this "extra" charge appears...was his shipping price explicitly listed on the auction page?

How can he just add a charge to you and your CC be charged like that? Still doesn't add up.
