Chick-fil-a chicken biscuit. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Although the only food I really like to make is breakfast, now I want to make biscuits from scratch and sausage gravy... damn you.

When I visit my aunt and uncle from georgia my aunt makes me some warm homemade biscuts with some homemade gravy, add a lil grits and you have an amazing homemade southern breakfast. My mouth is watering just hinking about it.
 
3 hard-boiled egg whites
1 hard-boiled egg yolk
3 egg white omelet
about .5 cup spinach, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms
8 oz black coffee
 
A breakfast sandwich and coffee from starbucks for $4.
not too bad... egg, sausage, cheese, a bit better than what you get at tim hortons.

your breakfast looks good, but that bacon looks really too well done for me!

On days when I eat a good breakfast, I am least productive, because those are the days when I am relaxed and not busy doing productive things but instead enjoying life and relaxing.

I have not had breakfast in several weeks, been very busy with work, had a 15 hour day on Saturday and I don't work weekends and wasn't on call.
