Woke up at 10, went to target around 10:40am, I bought simpsons S4 and Buffy S2 (for my sister) for ~18 each - Almost no line at all.
I felt like handing out free knuckle sandwhiches at all the asshats everywhere. I love how many accidents i saw because people would try to steal parking spaces, cut the car lines, etcetc

I almost bought a 120gig seagate from fry's for 30AR (110 in store), but the line was long, i was really really pissed off already and i just decided to forget it and go home. Now at home, my blood pressure i'm sure has dropped from angry oogabooga, to calm and content on anandtech oogabooga.

Some event tickets for Magic Online... from the Magic Online store.
Then I used them to buy a Blistering Firecat and three Royal Assassins.
 
I got a cell phone for the wife 150.00 after rebates (I paid for the service plan) from bestbuy
video, pics, etc...

That is all

saved 100.00 (on the advertised price and got a free datalink cable $80.00 value)

I got 512 megs of ram at frys, and my friend got a A75 for 200, and I also got some colored glittered pens for a presnets ^_^


Tho I wanted to get a LCD but the one at Frys was gheeto, BB I wanted to die after getting in there 5 minutes later so I left b/c I was disgusted with people buying 10 DVD players and got knows how many tvs (WHYYY? Ionooooo)

Frys was a different story. it was not as crazy packed inside as best buy, although there were DEFINTLY more cars out there. there were more coworkers helping out, to get an items was pretty easy also! i walked in at 9, got ram and left! And then the lines were LOOOOOOOOOOONGGG warpping round the store but it took no more than TEN MINUTES to get through it all....that was what i was impressed by. My friends waited 5 HOURS at BestBuy to get the celeron package ONLY TO FIND OUT that the store made a mistake and sold the packages to people who didn't have the "ticket". I was like "...lordy...:"


But does anyone know if there will be any good deals at all for LCDs in the coming weeks? I want to buy someone an LCD for xmas/new years because they couldn't get one and I was hesitant at the "GEM" from Frys because it looked pretty bad compared to the Samsung enxt to it, and even the Daewoo!
 
If you added all the money spent just on this forum, I bet it'd be enough for me to build the best system evar. And then technology would advance and two days later it'd be obsolete.
