Not certain but the guy could have been homeless..it was in an area where panhandling is common..
...I just said no because I knew I didn't have anything on me I was willing to part with...but wtf is a line?

2. line of cocaine?
3. could he possibly have meant my cell phone? as in phone line? maybe he wanted to make a call?
