What did i catch?

Yesterday morning i woke up feeling like death.

I had a pounding headache, ached all over, sniffles, cough, wrecked stomach, weakness, and felt cold all over even though i was underneath my covers. Every time i coughed it felt like my head exploded.

This morning i feel completely fine. Everything is gone and i can eat again. Didn't take any medicine but spent most of my time in bed yesterday. What was it that could lay me out so badly, but be gone in a day?

24 hour flu. I haven't had it, but it's pretty common. Just be glad you didn't throw up for 12 hours straight and have diarrhea for the next 36 (Stomach flu).

Ah looks like i'm passing the 36 hour mark for the diarrhea. It's come back and been hitting me all day

sounds like a "stomach bug" (viral gastroenteritis). Make sure you hydrate yourself very well. It's not a bad idea to consult your general physician about the diarrhea, especially if it doesn't start to clear up in the next 12-24 hours without medication. Any reoccurance of fever, bloody stool, consult physician immediately.
