I lucked out and she didn't want anything too big. Actually, at times she thinks even the .45 carat center stone is too big.

I got a cool looking ring for her, but it was a fake diamond, at least in the center. There were 3 tiny ones on each side of it, but the main stone was kubic or however it's spelled. Mostly because at the time I was 17, and working at a movie theater. Turns out for the best as well, because about 7 months later she dumped me and sold it to someone to help pay for her new fiancee's rent.

10yr Anniversary (shown below) was 3/4ct w/ two 1/3ct sides all princess.....(VERY nice diamonds in this one from same family friend)
