Whether or not he was God can be debated, but it's universally accepted that he existed. Every time you sign your checks with the year 2003, you're affirming his existance.

Actually there is plenty of archeological evidence that Jesus existed. There was actually a man with a following that eventually became Christianity. What is up in the air is whether most of the stuff written about him is fiction or not. :p

You are ill-informed. Whether Jesus is God and/or the Son of God is an issue of religious debate. That a person named Yoshua ben Yusef of Nazareth (called in the Greek, Jesus) lived in Nazareth and Judea around 20 AD and was an important religious teacher of the time is historical fact, verified by multiple contemporary sources, and universally accepted by scientists and scholars alike.

I thought it was universally accepted that Jesus probably wasn't "born" 2003 years ago, but around then, so 2003 may not be how long it has been since his birth, and most probably isn't.

Jesus was semitic, therefore he would probably resemble the semite tribes of the area.

Scientists are now reasonably sure that Jesus was born in the spring of 6 BC.

Why, whenever any one brings up a topic like this there is always some moron that has to start a flame war. All he asked was what color Jesus was, regardless of if you guys think he exists or not, just answer the question instead of sayin stuff like
Wait...why are you guys debating the color of a fictional character??
:disgust:

So he was Albino and lacked pigments to tan? Plus, Jesus was a carpenter and spent alot of time outside.
