What color Lian Li should I buy?

I have a black Lian Li at the moment, and it shows dust very prominently. It fits my optical drives though, and I like black.

I'm leaning towards the silver one. Wonder why it costs more than the black one.
 
get as many optical drive covers like the one that comes with the case as you need and purchase the color you want. the covers are around 10 bucks each at performance pcs. 🙂
 
I like silver more. Those I have sometimes enjoyed the look of getting the black, and filling all the bay covers with the silver variety. It actually looks pretty good IMO.
 
Silver is the New Black. It's nowhere near as common, so silver would be for someone who wants to be "unique". That is called "demand", and companies charge more to profit from that demand. Thus the higher price 😉


Silver looks good but hard to match colors on opticals, etc. Everything is available in black.

Yes my 2004 4 door tacoma is silver. I guess im i pretty withit kinda guy😉 You think the price on this case will ever reach the 150.00 mark?
 
Dunno......doubt it if you look at the other cases out there for $150.....this one SMOKES them.

Upon closer inspection......DAYUM......that is a nice case. That's not silver......that's more like brushed aluminum.

Dude, get the "silver". Pass on the black. You can get a black case anywhere, anytime, at any price. This one's unique......keep it that way 😉

Black all the way. It just looks so sleek and sexy. Unlike silver. Silver's like:"Hey, look at me! Look at me! LOOK AT ME! YES, LOOK AT ME! I'M SO SILVER! SILVER. YES, SILVER. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN AYTHING SO SILVER IN YOUR LIFE? HEY! HEY! HEY, I'M SILVER! YAY!"
And that's just annoying..
 
i like black. my centurion 5 case is black and definently picks up a lot of fingerprints. but it matches my optical drive and i like black more then silver. but why spend $200 on a case? and vegitto, you need to calm down. it's just a simple question. no more.

The color of my silver NEC 3540A drive matches my silver Lian Li case perfectly.

I prefer the silver LL's in general, but especially on the newer V-series cases. I don't like the way the silver innards show through the perforated black exterior. Probably just a matter of personal taste, but it looks strange to me.
 
I purchased a LiteOn Super All Write DVD super burner last year, its black facing and came with a white backup, definitely shop around and find matching fronts because the other option is permanent and like $10 a facing I think.

I've been thinking of getting this case myself, when I build my next PC.
either this one or their mini-tower.
