What churches support homosexuals?

I bet if you lean a gay person up against ANY church, it will support them... unless it's a cardbord box church in skid row.

I have no idea. I'm not a homosexual and I don't go to church.

Edit-You would think the Catholic church would be very tolerant of gays though with all the reports of priests molesting young boys.

Why must straights always talk about things related to their straightness?

Well, not being gay, I don't see that I would have much to say about my gayness...

I'm sorry Fausto, it seems she has already been...recruited. Resistance is futile. The attack as begun.

My biggest concern is that of the slippery slope. See, in Canada (I am from Canada), there is a desire to have sexual orientation added to the charter of human rights. If this happens, it will get progressively harder to keep things like bestiality and pedophelia illegal. Anyone who thinks otherwise, just remember that Canada is also on the verge of legallizing marijuana. I bet you that 100 years ago, you could have caused heart attacks in western culture if you told them that the world would be the way it is today.

Well, for 'starters', 100 years ago, marijuana was perfectly legal, and hemp was a highly valuable cash-crop. So I doubt people would have been shocked.

Your slippery slope argument, just like everytime it is trotted out, is absolutely ridiculous, because there is no link between 'consenting adults' and 'animals' or 'children too young to consent'. The only one you can worry about is incest, and frankly, as long as incestuous couples arne't having children, I don't care, and I don't see why you would either.

That explains why she dances around so much when I put Indigo Girls on the stereo. 😛

Although they are an offshoot of Protestant Calvinism, liberal Quakers welcome homosexuals. At least, they do in the Northeast.

Yes, salvation is for everyone. Do these churches openly embrace the act of same-sex intercourse? Just curious...

Many methodist churches have been said to be quite accepting to homosexuality. Thank goodness I am not associated with a denomination like that..

Yes, it would. But it doesn't explain why you listen to the Indigo Girls.
Tell me Fausto, do you believe Cher is fabulous?

Indeed; it's hard to imagine how one could be saved if they stopped hating.
