Just some no-name aluminum ATX form factor - 4 fan mounts (all used), SinkFan combo on CPU, cooling fan and RAMsinks on GPU.

Under load:

System: 23C
CPU: 45C

Pretty good, and the wiring on this PC isn't that great....everything's tucked away pretty well, but I was still kinda shat at wiring when I built it. Much better now; next PC I build is gonna look like an Alienware or Voodoo inside...everything squared right the hell away.

Of course, that's still about 12 to 18 months away...

A 6yr. old "Touch" ATX case all bare boned except the front panel plastered with stickers, latest being AMD Athlon XP.

I am using a Thermaltake Xaser II A6000A Plus case & this is the best case I have ever used (my 4th rig). The only minor gripe I have is, out of the 4 5.25? External Drive Bay, one is taken up by the unit that houses the fan speed controller/temp monitor/usb/firewire port combo. Other than that, it has plenty of room, thoughtful design, good construction & came with 7 quite fans.

I'm using a Lian-Li PC-65b with stock fans replaced by Panaflo H1A's, and a Compucase LX-6A19 modded with an 80MM Panaflo L1A side intake.

Both cases do a great job of cooling, but the prize goes to the Compucase! It's also very quiet, with the exception of the fan in the Lite-On server PS.

Chenbro Junior... the version with the server bezel (drive bay door). Modded wonderfully by coolcases.com :)

those are some good temps mate.. what other type of cooling do you have, other than the basic cpu fan/psu fan etc? i am thinking of the cheiftec towers, i like the scorpio tower (in blue!!) that looks rather nice.. was thinking of modding it so it had 120mm fan at least on the side of the case with the graphics card getting cooled down.. what you think?

It is cold in Detroit and cold in my house.

2 rear mounted fans, 1 side panel fan, and 1 intake fan is all I have. I also have some Arctic Ceramique on my CPU. But I give my low temp credit to the weather.

Black Lian-Li mid tower....just wish it had drive rails, and that aluminum cases actually did something for cooling.

Im really pleased with it, but 100 dollars minus a PS might be aliitle much. Im happy though, its the only part on my computer that doesnt get more outdated on a day to day basis!

My second PC is a $35 (shipped) midtower I got on eBay; it was one seller who sold nothing but these cases. My only complaint about them is that they lack drive rails, otherwise, the case is the best generic thing I've ever used. No idea what the brand or model number is unfortunately.

i have drive rails on mine

Kingwin KT-436-BK-WM at the moment, but I find it's too cramped inside with everything I've got to get good airflow so I will be switching to a Thermaltake Xaser III V1000A as soon as it gets here.
