It had adjustable shocks and would have been the first car to have EFI in 1957. From what I remember reading, they had issues with cold starting or something.

I'm sure there's a perfectly good cliff around here somewhere. You just give me 5.5 seconds and that car will be at 120mph. I'm sure I could do it again, too, though the second time, it might not necessarily qualify as a "car."

Yep, I had an old Impala with the Powerglide "B" 2-speed automatic that would do 120+. Always disliked only having 2 gears though...seemed VERY un-natural...(I grew up with 4 speeds)

The old Duesenberg SJ with a 4-speed could hit around 104 in 2nd gear. Man, what a car... I'm tempted to say that it's still the pinnacle of American automotive design.
