What can I mail to someone to make them not-miserable?

A friend of mine is "miserable" right now. Suicidal sometimes. What can I mail to her to brighten her up? She's going through some issues and I just want to make her smile or feel better for a few moments. Something that will fit in a reasonably sized box, maybe 10x10x10 at the MOST. Anybody got any ideas??

She used to be one of my best friends. We had a bit of a falling out years ago but we've been talking for some time and are great friends again. I love her like a sister.
