What can I easily run on Linux systems other than SETI@home?

I've been running SETI@Home on my Linux systems, and while it's exciting, I'd prefer to be doing something more. Like something with diseases - I know those projects exist. Any suggestions?

Most of the projects on my list have been 64bit Linux for the last several years.

The list is here.

SIMAP is an important biological resource that runs for about 1 week at the start of each month.

Rosetta, Docking, POEM, RNA World, Malaria Control are some suggestions.

hmmmm... 1 week eh? That means they have enough computers doing what they need to do then right?

What's something that isn't saturated? Rosetta looks interesting. Where can I make the most impact with my ~30 boxes?

I have folding@home running well on my 1.6GHz linux netbook. Lol. Wasn't as easy to set up as Windows but still ok.

I run SIMAP because I believe it offers the most immediate scientific gains.

If you want to make the most impact on the team standings, you should choose a relatively new project like RNA World or QuantumFIRE.

Folding@home runs very well on Linux. It's harder to set up than on Windows, but it does run faster than on Windows.

Doesn't even look like RNA World has an AnandTech team... does it?
