It was FF3 up till a few days ago, but Chrome came out and I fell in love with it.

Yeah I must say the few reviews I've read have me very interested I've just been lazy and have trouble pulling myself away from FF.

You in China?

No, why do you axe? Is it pop there? I figger it sports all the features, if not more, that folks have used FF for yet with the reliability and compatability of the Microsoft/Spyglass 'ginny.

I'm using a mix of three at the moment--IE, Firefox 3, and Chrome. Firefox 3 sucks because it thinks I'm searching my bookmarks every time I enter a web address now, Chrome sucks because my touchpad scroll doesn't work with it, and IE has intermittent problems. Then I get this thing where I'm trying to watch a video and it won't load on one browser but will on another so I switch midway through browsing. I wish Firefox hadn't fucked their shit up I was a happy Firefox user for years.

no, i haven't noticed that at all. opera has been giving me a hard time lately, and if it persists, i'll switch to something else. does switching make me better than you? does not switching make me better than you? either way, i'm pretty sure i'm better than you.

I love the fact that FF searched through my bookmarks. It's the fastest way of getting to my most visited sites without putting a link in a toolbar. I just type the letter r DOWN enter and boom I'm at rottentomatoes. "wi" is enough for wikipedia and the same for many of the sites I visit often.

I hate the cluttered new bookmarks system of Firefox 3, so I'm still using Firefox 2.

I'm thinking of switching to Google Chrome once Firefox 2 is no longer supported, since the interface is a lot cleaner. I'll give IE 8 a try as well... since Microsoft will eventually force all of us to upgrade anyway.

It did the exact opposite for me. Before I'd type "f" and http://www.facebook.com would appear. I'd type "y" and http://www.yahoo.com would appear. Now I type a letter or two and it acts as if I'm searching and not only gives me the wrong pages most of the time, but if it gives me the right page it isn't the index of the site I want to go to, it is like the "Contact Us" page or some other place I'd visited once. I do not see the purpose of this at all, the previous system worked perfect when it tried to predict the URL as opposed to the name of the website.

It is getting better as it starts to recognize what I mean by the "f" or the "y," but you can't beat perfection (what 2.0+ had).

Velly intelesting -especially the VC financing, but also that it is apparently possible to use the Gecko 'ginny (not sure why that would be desirable though).

humm, something else might be wrong, i personally have not had opera crash in months

FF officially, testing Chrome as my primary since it's release. Like it so far, but I'll be curious as how FF 3.1's TraceMonkey performs. If as good or better, I probably won't switch. real pop up blocking, ad-block, and foxmarks are hard to give up
