It is basically Arachidonic Acid correct? I've always thought about trying this out - I hear good things about that stuff. I'll be curious to see how it goes. I'm going to log Neovar and Osteobolin-C (both from Applied Nutriceuticals) for 2 months and track the results. I've been off creatine for a while now so this should give me some nice gains.
