In my experience, that depends on the consistency of the tofu you're using. The denser, less watery varieties will tend to hold their (cubed) shape, as long as you're not a ninja attack stir-fryer.![]()

Fortunately, that ain't me...I laugh and shake my head at people who go to strange and exotic new places, (even if it's only Hawaii) then hit the local McDonalds and Burger King...
While there may be some foods I just refuse to eat under most circumstances, I always embrace trying new foods, especially when I'm travelling.
BUT, I still prefer to have my tofu on your plate...![]()
