I'll be hosting this year & will bake the turkey, rolls & asparagus casserole, while my friends help with the salad, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn & mac & cheese for the kids.

Not going traditional this year as 14lbs of dry turkey is not appetizing. Plus we have a small family so no need to go crazy in the kitchen.

Smoked Ribs
Smoked bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos
baked cheezy potatoes
roasted asparagus & broccoli

Hoping that crab season opens on the west coast so we can boil crab on Wednesday!

Going to a large family get together, so I will bringing one of either two of my famous Brussel Sprout dishes. Even all the kids like brussel sprouts now thanks to them.

Secondly, is a green been casserole, but I don't want to use can greened beens, I want fresh. I opened the link in the OP, any others to look at? Thanks.

I've made it before and it's pretty great.

it's just fresh green beans and homemade cream of mushroom.

Made 5 apple pies for my and my roommates extended families last night. Tomorrow morning I get to bake a cheesecake.

Oh god, I hope my grandmother makes stolen...

I'm going to be making Pumpkin Pie! Mmmm. 🙂

I'm making my tires go round and round as I drive to my sister's house.

I asked her who was coming for Thanksgiving this year and she said "You." With me going, it will make a grand total of three people. I have no idea why we are even going through the hassle, I really don't. (I told her that and she went batshit crazy on me, I can't wait for this to be over.)

I always make the cheesecake. Not pumpkin, no bourbon whipped cream, no strawberries or Amaretto or other crap. Just plain cheesecake as nature intended.

Pot Roast, grilled vegetables (zuchinni, squash, green beans, carrots), cranberry, yeasty rolls, pumpkin pie.

Fuck a turkey for 3 people.

I shall purchase a nice hunk of ham today, and some Simply Orange orange juice.

You know, a traditional sort of thing. 😀

Dinner and a show? 😱

Besides a trip to the Honey Baked Ham store....

Just a few sides.

Nothing overly involved.

I prefer to enjoy the company of my guest than tending to a stove or oven all day.

I purchased every for a nice dinner. then got a call from my sister asking us to come to her house.

my brother in law is doing a few turkey's in the deep fryer. My niece (just finished up culinary school in Chicago) is making a bunch of stuff. So there will be a ton of great food.

I can make the turkey latter (though i got 4 since they were cheap).

Oh ya, I also have to find a site to stream the 49ers game. They aren't showing it locally.
